We now live in a world where as people, organizations, corporations, institutions, businesses we have to be self renewing constantly if we wish to survive. It is of the highest order that if you want to succeed and change the world you need to consistently reinvent not only yourself but your business. What we need is innovation. Innovation many people will tell you is hard, then how do we innovate. How do we consistently challenge the status quo, how do we change the rules of the game. Innovation just for innovations sake is not worth it, it’s just temporary, incremental innovation serves just one purpose; conformity. What we need is rule changing, disruptive, game changing innovation.
